ALL UNITS: Complete with full kitchen, stove, refrigeratior, eating and cooking utensils, coffee pot, micro wave, toaster, two bedrooms, living room with full size sleeper sofa, 2 twin size beds and/or rollaways, bathroom, porch area with charcoal grill, and firepit. Sleeps 8.

BOATS: Bring your own, docking included with rental.

LINENS: Bring your own towels, 2 queen size sheets, 1 full size set, 2 twin size sets. (linens can be provided for extra 50.00 charge for length of stay) Blankets and pillows provided.

PETS : Welcomed leashed, extra 50.00 fee for length of stay.

LAKE SIDE: Has VCR, lake frontage, 2 ceiling fans, cathedral ceiling in living area with full porch on lake side, 2 box fans, heat in winter months.

LAUNCH SIDE: Has central air or heat in winter months, cable tv.

SUNNY SIDE: Has 2 window AC units and 1 box fan, cable tv, heat in winter months plus full size washer and dryer.
